pylustrator. Visualisations of data are at the core of every publication of scientific research results. They have to be as clear as possible to facilitate the communication of research. As data can have different formats and shapes, the visualisations often have to be adapted to reflect the data as well as possible. We developed Pylustrator, an interface to directly edit python generated matplotlib graphs to finalize them for publication. Therefore, subplots can be resized and dragged around by the mouse, text and annotations can be added. The changes can be saved to the initial plot file as python code.

unofficial-duolingo-stories. This project brings the official Duolingo Stories to new languages, translated by a community effort.

cameratransform. cameratransform is a python package which can be used to fit camera transformations and apply them to project points from the camera space to the world space and back.

open_gpias. Open GPIAS is an open source measurement software that allows to stimulate rodents with startle stimuli and record the responses. Previous to the startle stimuli different pre-stimuli can be presented to alter the response of the animal. Open GPIAS supports hearing threshold estimation protocols and tinitus screening protocols.

qextendedgraphicsview. Extends the normal QGraphicsView for a scale and pan function which only effects children of "origin", children of "hud" are not affected.
