Simba. Simba is a program used to repeat certain (complicated) tasks. Typically these tasks involve using the mouse and keyboard. Simba is programmable, which means you can design your own logic and steps that Simba will follow, based upon certain input such a colours on the screen.

GameBoyColor. A GameBoy[Color] Emulator written in Java (unfinished, but has a nice Z80 emulator)

BLandSSH. Fully Java implementation of the ssh2 standard (key exchange included), with some GUI stuff also

JTuner. An optical/oscilloscope based tuning program (for musical instruments) using a mic.

PyCraft. Toy MineCraft client written in python with a possible future as a programmable bot
