PyPupilEXT. PyPupilEXT allows to detect the pupil diameter in images captured by stereo- and mono camera systems. The pupil diameter can be detected using one of the state-of-the-art open-source algorithms, Starburst, Swirski2D, ExCuSe, ElSe, PuRe and PuReST.
