Has-In-Model-Attributes-Dev. Now only here for nostalgia as the first piece of Open Source code i wrote, it was an attempt to DRY up rails 2.0 migrations. The goal of HIMA was to be a plugin that eliminated the need to write migration files. No one ever used it though!
