stringex. Some [hopefully] useful extensions to Ruby’s String class. It is made up of three libraries: ActsAsUrl [permalink solution with better character translation], Unidecoder [Unicode to Ascii transliteration], and StringExtensions [miscellaneous helper methods for the String class].

acts_as_snook. A comment spam solution that doesn't rely on CAPTCHAs, Javascript, or external web services. In other words, a comment spam solution that doesn't suck!

skinny_spec. Skinny Spec is a collection of Rspec helper methods designed to help trim the fat and DRY up some of the bloat that sometimes results from properly specing your classes and templates.

proxy_attributes. ProxyAttributes is designed to "skinny-up" your controller code by moving the creation and management of child associations to the parent object. It also has the side benefit of making it easier to use your association proxies directly within a form_for form.

is_gay. This space left intentionally blank.
