ModbusSlaveSimulation. Free Modbus Slave Simulator in the form of a standalone Windows app supporting Modbus RTU, TCP, UDP and ASCIIoverRTU protocols. The simulator does allow setting values before the connection is established as well as running multiple instances of the app at the same time. Also included are Linux and Mac OS X Mono versions.

ModbusMaster. Standalone Windows app supporting Modbus RTU, TCP, UDP, RTUoverTCP, RTUoverUDP, ASCIIoverRTU, ASCIIoverTCP and ASCIIoverUDP protocols. It is designed to allow running multiple instances of the app at the same time, just use a different port. Also included are Linux and Mac OS X Mono versions.

Node-RED_PLC_Example. Node-RED web browser example of using python to communicate to Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix family or SLC500 / MicroLogix). Deployed on Raspberry Pi 2 and using pylogix and pycomm3 libraries.

Python_libplctag_GUI. Simple GUI for libplctag python wrapper. Communicate with Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLC).

HTML_CSS_JS_Flask. An expanded and modified version of the HTML_CSS_JS project, using python3 and Flask server. New additions are three.js FBX, VRML, 3DM ( rhino ) and MMD ( Miku Miku Dance ) model viewers, TGA ( Truevision TGA or TARGA ) texture viewer. Some new features for GLTF viewer ( KTX2 and DRACO ) and Collada DAE viewer ( KTX2 ). Most viewers also support animations. The PLY viewer now includes STL file loader. Almost all viewers use Orbit Controls, have a gizmo, grid / polar grid button and a URL option.

AB-Modbus-Master. Standalone Windows application - Master for Allen Bradley, some Omron and Modbus PLCs. It is using libplctag library and C# Wrapper. Also included is the Mono version for Mac OS X (which should work fine in Windows as well as Linux Mono - see notes).

Android_Tablet_Test. Android tablet app for testing WiFi communication with Allen Bradley and/or Modbus programmable logic controllers (PLC) on a local network. Master to communicate with slave devices. This is using libplctag / jna libraries.

WebProject. Simple Windows and Linux Web project that uses a web browser page to show values fetched from Allen Bradley programmable logic controller (PLC). It requires that python, django and pylogix be installed on a computer. These are script files, Windows DOS batch and Linux bash.

WinForms_User_Controls. WinForms user controls, for VB or C# projects: Button Control Array, Oval Shape, Rectangle Shape, Rotating Image, Rotating Text Button and Rotational Position Indicator (gauge).

Android_Phone_Test. Android phone app for testing WiFi communication with Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLC) on a local network. Master to communicate with slave devices. This is using libplctag / jna libraries.

Python_libplctag_Mac_PPC. Simple GUI for libplctag python wrapper. Designed for iMac G5 with PowerPC processor. Communicate with Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLC).

Android_User_Controls. Relatively simple looking Android user controls: Angle Indicator, Round Gauge and LED Light bulb. Could be used as a part of HMI screen to communicate with programmable logic controller (PLC).

CAER_Video_GUI. Video GUI, python examples for caer with rather simple interfaces, one of which will allow you to apply some visual effects to the video, do a face detection as well as save camera video. Either select a camera as a source or play a video file. Take a screenshot of the current frame. The whole shebang requires python3 with tkinter and caer (Computer or Machine Vision library leveraging use of OpenCV). Also included is image editor GUI.
